The following is a study guide and a list of INDISPENSABLE requirements to be accepted as a patient in our program, so that we can provide the best possible care based on each patient’s particular case.

Specifications regarding the requirements:

1. Once the requirements have been met and the cost of the package paid, we will schedule a date and will begin the procedures.
2. It is necessary to attach the report of the results of all the requested studies.
3. It is important to emphasize that NOT all previously requested studies are included in the quotation given for the treatments. (Please ask for the corresponding information and we will be glad to assist you.)
4. In addition to the studies, patients must submit the necessary administrative documentation in order to be registered.
5. The Clinical History and Informed Consent forms may be downloaded in the information for patients.
6. The cost of the procedure has been structured as a package. Please ask for more information from the Clinic.

Psychological support

Specifications Regarding Payment of the Package

The package must be paid in full before the procedures begin.
We kindly ask our patients to pay 50% of the cost of the package in cash and the remaining 50% in any form of payment.
When patients are ready to make the payment, they must inform the Clinic’s Coordinator so that they might receive the necessary assistance to prevent any problems in the administrative procedure regarding registration of the payment of the Assisted Reproduction Package.
In addition to paying for the package, patients must provide enough funds to pay for additional charges, in accordance with Hospital policies. When the account is closed, any surplus money will be reimbursed to the patients after all charges have been paid for.
The invoice will be issued at the end of all the procedures. Patients will receive a temporary receipt from the Hospital as evidence of the payment made for the package.
